Mad Turk Turkish Mad Honey 50ct Box 275g

Mad Turk Turkish Mad Honey 50ct Box 275g is a powerful, mysterious, and decadent treat! Turkish Mad Honey is the lesser-known “crazy honey” in Western culture, even though it has been utilized as a natural remedy just as long as the traditional and better-known Nepalese Mad Honey.

With the growing interest in the West over Mad Honey, psychonauts and connoisseurs can now enjoy and benefit from this natural medicine in gummies, pouches, and even chocolates. The team at Mad Turk wanted to provide a high-quality product line that brings users closer to using it in a more traditional sense.

While Mad Honey has rapidly gained popularity for its recreational and hallucinogenic effects, it has also been used as a natural medicine for centuries. This rich honey is frequently used to relieve general discomfort, anxiety and sadness, stress, sleep disorders, stomach problems, and hypertension. It provides a unique mental state for the user and a gentle euphoria that soothes the body and eliminates emotional and physical discomfort.

Mad Turk Turkish Mad Honey comes in a case. Every case contains 50 0.2-oz sticks, each filled with 5g of high-purity, highly potent Turkish Mad Honey. Each honey-filled stick is considered one serving. These are the perfect option for quick at-home or on-the-go use.

Users break open a stick and add it to their coffee, spread it on toast, or just eat it straight! Whether users want to reap this profound substance’s many benefits daily or are looking to get a little weird, Mad Turk has them covered!

How Do I Use This Turkish Mad Honey To Enjoy The Psychedelic Effects?

Okay, yeah, we’re getting to the good part. However, first, users need to understand how these effects are produced. Turkish Mad Honey, known as “Deli Bal” in Turkish, is harvested in a unique and often dangerous process in the Kaçkar mountains of Turkey’s Black Sea region.

Beekeepers in the Kaçkar highlands above the Black Sea produce modest amounts of Turkish mad honey. The neurotoxin grayanotoxin, which gives mad honey its psychedelic qualities, is produced by native rhododendron species exclusively in this region and certain regions of the Himalayas.

Beekeepers such as Hasan Kutluata employ age-old methods that have been handed down through the generations: They build Lindenwood hives and fasten them on tree branches. The bees feed on these flowers, go back to their hives, and create what we call mad honey.

Now, let’s get to dosing. Mad Turk’s suggested serving is one single 5g honey stick. This is an excellent daily dose and could be considered a “microdose.” According to most research, users report that a 15-30g dosing window is when they begin to feel the psychoactive effects.

That said, if each honey stick contains 5g, users will need to consume six honey sticks. The Great CBD Shop team would advise our friends to slowly work up to this amount vs. yoloing it, as mad honey can be a finicky compound, and it works differently from adventurer to adventurer.

What Are The Differences Between Turkish And Nepalese Mad Honey?

If users aren’t mad honey connoisseurs, they likely had no idea there were multiple mad honey options. There are some key differences between the two natural remedies. We’ll break them down below.

• Potency-

Nepalese mad honey is reported to be 10-15 times stronger than Turkish mad honey.

• Source-

Turkish mad honey is primarily made from nectar of Rhododendron luteum and Rhododendron ponticum in the Black Sea region. Nepalese mad honey comes from nectar collected by Himalayan giant honeybees (Apis laboriosa) from rhododendron flowers in the Himalayan mountains.

• Production Regions-

Turkish mad honey is produced in the Black Sea Region of Turkey. Nepalese mad honey is produced in the Annapurna and Manaslu regions of Nepal.

• Harvesting Methods-

In Nepal, honey hunters scale mountain cliffs using traditional techniques to harvest honey from hives of giant honeybees. In Turkey, mad honey beekeepers build hives for the bees and then harvest them.

• Traditional Use-

In Nepal, local communities use it as a cough syrup, pain reliever, and antiseptic. In Turkey, it’s traditionally consumed before breakfast as a remedy for impotence and hypertension.

• Historical Significance-

Turkish mad honey has a longer documented history, with usage dating back to at least 2100 BC. Nepalese mad honey’s historical usage is less extensively documented.

• Market Reputation-

Nepalese mad honey is often considered more authentic and potent. Turkish mad honey has a longer history of commercial production and export.

While both types of mad honey contain grayanotoxins and can produce similar effects, the Nepalese variety is generally regarded as more potent and sought-after for its effects.
